Get dressed. And I almost always wear shoes. It may sound crazy, but I think it’s better in shoes. Something about walking across a field of rocks or away from a burning building puts me in a mental space to think more clearly.
Now that you’re physically ready, it’s time to mentally prepare for the day. You want to center and focus yourself so that you know what you want to achieve.
Note that “moving your body” does not mean “going for a 3 mile run” or “crossing.”

Well, if you’re trying to develop a daily exercise habit, mornings are definitely a good time to do it.
Because if you do the first thing, you will have more chance to practice. If you leave it at the end of the day, you are more likely to skip your workout and watch Netflix.
And you don’t have to start exercising by working out for a long time. Choose an activity that you enjoy and start doing it for 10 to 15 minutes. And build from there.
