In this tutorial I will show you how to make an air pump from a simple DC motor and using a number of commonly available materials.
How To Make Homemade Air Pump
This is a portable air pump made from very common hardware. The body of the air pump is made from a gallon cap. Using an old bicycle tire tube creates a check valve that only allows air to move in one direction. The diaphragm is made of a balloon and the clip is made using two SIM card holders cut into circular shapes and glued together with the balloon inserted between them.
